Position: Seasonal – Bartender
About: The Regal Bartender is a team member responsible for providing exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment at Regal cinemas. They must ensure guest satisfaction, adhere to all legal obligations regarding alcohol service, and maintain current certifications and permits. The role involves representing the Company in line with its mission statement and policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of cast certification program; adherence to all state and local alcohol serving laws; knowledge of promotions and programs; exceptional guest service skills; cash handling and inventory management; familiarity with equipment operation and cleaning procedures; understanding of safety and emergency protocols; compliance with food safety laws; completion of required certification programs; ability to communicate effectively, perform calculations accurately, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks; excellent interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.
