Position: Sushi Sous Chef

Requirements: Supervisory experience; previous experience in a Sous Sushi Chef or similar role; at least three years of experience working in a restaurant; certifications in safety, sanitation and food handling procedures; English language proficiency; basic math and computer skills; ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
