Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of professional work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred; inspiring leader; experience managing teams; ability to indirectly manage and influence other stakeholders; high attention to detail; community engagement; belief in using data to drive outcomes; strong project management and prioritization skills; resourceful problem solver; growth mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves
