Position: School Kitchen Manager -TOPS K-8
About: Under the general direction of the Child Nutrition Services Director or designee, this position is responsible for heating and serving high-quality, nutritious meals in a Bulk Satellite kitchen under sanitary conditions. The role involves ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures to meet District requirements and providing excellent service in a school meal program.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; valid Food Handler’s Permit; knowledge of menu planning and USDA school meal patterns; ability to maintain accurate records and reports; proficiency in basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation; good communication and teamwork skills; ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
