About: Under the general direction of Child Nutrition Services Director or designee, the position involves heating and serving high-quality, nutritious meals in a Bulk Satellite kitchen under sanitary conditions. The role requires adherence to menu planners meeting District requirements and ensuring compliance with food handling techniques, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Food Handler’s Permit; Knowledge of menu planning and USDA school meal patterns; Ability to complete necessary records accurately; Initiative and problem-solving skills; Ability to audit inventory and financial records; Experience in food handling and preparation techniques
