About: La Madeleine is a kitchen position primarily responsible for cooking various dishes on the sauté station, ensuring all food is prepared according to established recipes and quality standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety guidelines, and efficiently communicating with other line cooks and management to maintain smooth service flow.
