Position: Sanitation Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, public health, or related field; Minimum of four to seven years’ experience in sanitation and food manufacturing industry; Minimum of five (5) years in a sanitation supervisory role including hiring, coaching, and training; Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and food safety best practices; American Institute of Baking (AIB) certification or state-certified in sanitation; Knowledge of HACCP, FDA, AIB International, and USDA compliance; Strong decision-making and project management skills
