Position: Sales Manager – Palace
About: Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Book room revenue associated with the specified market in accordance with the Manager’s territory and or market segment established when they are hired or transferred. Trade Shows and Sales travel on behalf of the Company and the individual’s necessity in order to develop the business to produce the goals set forth. Responsible for personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of Company documents, etc.
Requirements: Maintain professional work environment in and out of office at all times while representing our company; Manage Sales Coordinator and other departments within the property to create positive results for our Guests and internal Team Members; On-call to answer questions and make decisions concerning groups in-house and instruct other departments what needs to be done; Maintain relationships with Clients to ensure booking and re-booking of business; Sales Managers must be knowledgeable of the company portfolio in order to guide our clients in making decisions
