Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) highly preferred in business, communications, or hotel management; two or more years of sales experience in a large conference hotel; proficiency in cold call solicitation, contract negotiation, and site visits; knowledge of relevant computer software; familiarity with hotel departments and amenities; participation in sales meetings and ongoing training programs
