Position: SALES MANAGER MAJOR MARKET
About: Hyatt is a renowned hospitality brand known for its caring and attentive colleagues committed to providing efficient service and memorable experiences. We are currently seeking a Group Sales Manager who is experienced in hotel sales processes and functions. The role involves selling guest rooms, meeting spaces, and other services to customer groups, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, generating business, preparing proposals, maintaining documentation, and coordinating customer service requirements. The Group Sales Manager will also lead event meetings, collaborate with sales and catering staff, and work closely with the administrative assistant and support staff.
Requirements: A true desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; 1-3 years of hotel sales or equivalent experience preferred; proficiency in general computer knowledge; completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training; selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training preferred
