Position: SALES MANAGER-GROUP (MAJOR MARKETS) |SALARY RANGE $60,100-$87,000/YEAR

The Sales Manager position involves selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, maintaining documentation, utilizing Hyatt systems, and coordinating customer service. The Sales Manager will also lead event meetings, sales, and staff meetings, working closely with the sales and catering staff as a team.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred, with major markets experience; proficiency in general computer knowledge; completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred; strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training preferred
