Position: Sales Manager | Bakery & Deli
About: The Bakery Deli Sales Manager position at AWG in Pearl River, LA involves representing AWG in bakery deli merchandising and sales, educating retailers on programs to drive sales, and coordinating all activities and functions related to the Deli/Bakery products at the divisional level.
Requirements: Retail grocery store experience preferred; Degree not required but equivalent work experience in retail preferred; One to two years related experience and/or training; Experience in a management role in the field of Bakery/Deli; Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; Ability to read, speak fluent English, write reports, and make presentations; Ability to interpret financial statements and calculate figures; Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with concrete variables; Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 70 pounds; Vision abilities for merchandising events; Can work in moderate to loud work environments with freezer and refrigerated areas.
