Position: Sales Manager – 6 Hotels on California’s Central Coast
About: The Central Coast Collection is seeking a Sales Manager to represent six stunning properties along California’s Central Coast, including oceanfront and downtown locations in Paso Robles. The role involves engaging with target accounts, nurturing client relationships, and driving high-value group business to meet sales goals.
Requirements: Must have excellent hospitality sales skills; ability to identify client’s primary buying criteria and personal goals quickly; creative in client approach, proposal creation, and closing business; excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills; strong leadership skills; ability to work cohesively with team members and other departments; proactive and focused; keen on maintaining high personal performance standards; promote positive employee engagement and morale; exceed established sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually; actively solicit new business opportunities; respond promptly to group sales opportunities; collaborate with sales channels for coordinated efforts; execute operational aspects of booked business; follow additional duties as assigned by management
