Position: Sales Manager

Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in business or equivalent experience in a related field is strongly preferred; License & Certifications: Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required; Must obtain State Sales License if required by state regulations; Experience: A minimum of four years of RV sales management experience or experience in an automotive or RV dealership is strongly preferred; Abilities: Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential; Reliable and strong work ethic; Commitment to superior customer service; Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision; Ability to use a computer and other office equipment; Proficiency in MS Office; Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicable; Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer files and reports; Ability to move RVs of various sizes as needed; Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending; Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
