Position: Sales – Manager
About: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Carson is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for soliciting and managing accounts, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating group events to increase hotel revenues. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales goals, maintaining client relationships, and utilizing various marketing channels to drive catering sales.
Requirements: 3-5 years related experience in hotel group sales; high school diploma or equivalent; Hilton and Delphi property management systems experience preferred; availability for evenings and weekends; able to lift 10 – 25 lbs; stand and walk for extended periods; occasional travel may be required.
