Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience; consistent record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment; ability to resolve complex customer service issues; ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; high school diploma or equivalent
