Requirements: Outbound sales experience with a proven track record (2-3 years preferred); outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills; solid understanding of prospecting programs and revenue generation; high energy, outgoing personality with strong leadership and negotiating skills; catering/events sales experience preferred; strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and Banquet Event Order software; passion for providing high-quality service; undergraduate degree preferred.
