About: The Color & Curl Concierge/Curl Specialist at Sally Beauty Holdings is a leading steward in the beauty industry, showcasing expertise in all aspects of color, talent development, technical skills, social media engagement, business acumen, and sales techniques. The role focuses on maximizing sales, fostering customer loyalty, building brand awareness, and offering expert color and curl consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, schools, and licensed cosmetologists. The position requires continuous education through online courses and certifications.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store and market service; Ability to travel to shows and/or sales meetings at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications; Comprehensive understanding of computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours with flexibility for additional shifts; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent communication skills at all levels; Successful completion of Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
