The role involves maximizing sales through customer engagement, brand building, product education, and industry consulting services.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation; Ability to travel periodically; Strong business acumen and sales reporting skills; Knowledge of retail sales and inventory systems; Familiarity with POS applications, computers, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility in working additional hours as needed; Strong time management and organization skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
