Position: Sales Associate COLOR & CURL CONCIERGE
About: The Color & Curl Concierge position at CosmoProf involves being a steward of all things color-related, talent development, technical skills, social media, business, and selling skills. The role focuses on maximizing sales, customer retention, building brand awareness, and providing color and texture consulting services to professional beauty establishments.
Requirements: One year of retail or sales-focused experience; licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; reliable transportation; ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least 3 times a year; strong business acumen; working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising systems; familiarity with POS applications; comprehensive computer, iPad, mobile device, and social media platform knowledge; commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility for additional hours based on business needs; strong time management, organization, and communication skills; must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
