About: Our Company, a leader in wholesale and retail distribution of beauty supplies, is looking for a Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist. This role focuses on demonstrating expertise in color-related talent development, technical skills, social media, business acumen, and sales skills. The CCC/CCS maximizes sales by enhancing customer retention, building relationships, conducting market analysis, and providing consulting services to beauty salons and professionals.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits; Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours as needed; Strong organization, time management, and communication skills; Ability to present a professional image; Pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
