Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store and market servicing; Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media; Flexibility to work scheduled and additional hours as needed; Strong time management, organization, and communication skills; Successful completion of Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
