About: Color & Curl Concierge is a beauty company seeking a Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist to demonstrate expertise in all things color-related and talent development while maximizing sales and brand awareness. This role includes responsibilities as a sales associate and requires constant learning and adaptation to market trends.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation for designated store service; Ability to travel to shows and/or sales meetings at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and ability to interpret sales reports; Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising; Knowledge of POS applications and digital platforms; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours as needed; Strong organization and time management skills; Excellent communication and customer service abilities; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
