About: Color & Curl Concierge at Sally Beauty Holdings, a company dedicated to beauty and hair care products, is seeking a Color & Curl Specialist to demonstrate expertise in color-related services and talent development while maximizing sales and brand awareness through various marketing strategies.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store visits and market service; Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication, time management, and organization skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
