About: Color & Curl Concierge/Colour & Curl Specialist plays a key role in the beauty industry, showcasing expertise in color, talent development, technical skills, and sales. This position focuses on maximizing sales, customer retention, and brand awareness in beauty salons, barber shops, spas, schools, and among licensed cosmetologists.
Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for designated store and market service; Ability to travel to shows and/or sales meetings at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and ability to interpret sales reporting; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising preferred; Familiarity with POS applications; Proficiency in using computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Commitment to scheduled and flexible hours based on business needs; Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills; Professional demeanor and effective communication skills; Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
