This position involves demonstrating expertise in color-related services, talent development, technical skills, social media strategies, and driving sales in the hair color market.
Requirements: One year retail or sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada; Reliable transportation for designated store visits; Ability to travel at least 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory systems, and visual merchandising; Proficiency in POS applications and technology; Commitment to scheduled and additional hours as needed; Strong organization, time management, and customer interaction skills; Ability to work in various store locations and in the field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
