Requirements: One year retail or other sales-focused experience; Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in the US and Canada; Reliable transportation for store and market servicing; Ability to travel minimum 3 times a year; Strong business acumen and sales reporting interpretation; Knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising; Familiarity with POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms; Flexibility with work hours based on business needs; Strong organization, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; Pass Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
