Position: Salad/Pastry

The Salad/Pantry position entails setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines, restocking items as needed throughout the shift, following recipes and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization, demonstrating equipment knowledge, performing basic preparation duties, and fulfilling additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to follow recipes, procedures, and portion controls; strong attention to detail and organization; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; familiarity with kitchen equipment usage and maintenance
