The Salad/Pantry position involves setting up stations, restocking items, following recipes and portion controls, maintaining cleanliness and organization, handling equipment properly, preparing ingredients, and assisting with additional tasks as needed by the Chefs or Managers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to follow recipes and procedures; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; understanding of kitchen equipment usage and maintenance
