Position: Salad and Pastry

The Salad/Pantry position involves setting up stations according to restaurant guidelines, restocking items as needed throughout the shift, following recipes and procedures, maintaining station cleanliness, practicing safety and sanitation, demonstrating equipment knowledge, performing basic preparation duties, and taking on additional responsibilities as requested by the Chefs or Managers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures; knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; ability to handle raw produce and meats; excellent organizational and communication skills
