About: Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is a fun, fast, and friendly neighborhood tavern seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. The responsibilities include ensuring the kitchen provides nutritious, safe, eye-appealing, and properly flavored food, maintaining a safe work environment, menu planning, budget preparation, and quality standards enforcement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices; leadership skills and ability to work in a team; excellent communication and organizational skills
