Position: RUSTY BUCKET COLUMBUS-SOUS CHEF
About: Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. It is a fun, fast, and friendly neighborhood tavern committed to creating ‘Raving Fans’ of their associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and communities where they operate. The Sous Chef will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen provides nutritious, safe, eye-appealing, and properly flavored food, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, menu planning, budget preparation, and quality standards enforcement.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in kitchen management preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations
