Requirements: Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; Confident and highly social personality; Greeting and welcoming guests; Delivering food from expo line to guests at bar and tables; Ability to move quickly and efficiently; Knowledge of all food and beverage items; Ensuring dining room stays clean: floors swept, tables/chairs/furniture wiped down; Understanding of dining room stations; Supporting service staff; Ability to communicate well with others; Team-oriented attitude; Other duties as assigned by management team
