Position: Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) – $24+/Hour
About: Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (4-Day Workweek) to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route Service Sales Representatives drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position where the representative delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items. Route Service Sales Representatives are the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport, ensuring quality standards, and proactively solving customer concerns. The role involves growing the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling, negotiating service agreement renewals, and controlling inventory while adhering to driving regulations. The majority work 4 days per week with no weekends.
Requirements: Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs. This includes having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of previous employment. Candidates must also meet physical requirements, have a High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrate strong customer service skills, show self-motivation, teamwork abilities, positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
