Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in an al a carte restaurant or catering setting; Proven experience in a kitchen or food service environment, managing multiple stations; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Certification in food safety or willingness to complete training
