Position: Rotational Sous Chef, Ilisagvik College ($25/HR + Benefits – 3×3 – Barrow, AK)
About: Ilisagvik College in Barrow, AK is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support food service production. The position is rotational, working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off, with an average of 70-75 hours per week. Housing and meals provided.
Requirements: Must have an Alaska Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe contingent upon 30 days of hire; Two (2) years of documented sous chef experience in a commercial kitchen; Knowledge and training in using a variety of food production equipment; Ability to work independently and complete assignments in a timely manner; Proficiency in English
