About: The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Room Operations Manager. The resort offers a luxurious experience with over 120 properties in more than 35 countries, catering to the desires of the luxury traveler.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
