Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
