Position: Room Chef – Team Member Dining Room
About: Located in DDC – Waddell, AZ (White Tanks at San Lucy), our company is currently seeking a Room Chef for the Team Member Dining Room 12504. The position involves providing supervision and coaching to kitchen staff, assisting in menu creation, and ensuring smooth daily operations of all food venues.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED plus six (6) years culinary experience required with four (4) years as a chef de cuisine or restaurant chef in a high volume casual dining restaurant; culinary education may be substituted for up to two (2) years of general culinary experience; must be able to take an assessment test to determine skill level; must be 18 years of age or older; no felony, theft, or stealing convictions; able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license
