Position: Data Center Asset Manager

As a Data Center Asset Manager, you’ll ensure SOX and audit compliance for Roblox, manage an established audit trail for physical fixed assets at the data centers is mandatory. You will:
• Maintain and complete day-to-day hardware asset lifecycle activities from
• Receiving through Disposal and resolve operational issues
• Ensure proper recording of assets and data integrity in Roblox’s physical asset database, ensuring asset updates are accurate, in conjunction with standardized data formats
• Implement monthly reports & metrics
• Process data center hardware disposals & manage 3rd party disposal vendor relationships
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure operational conformance and execution contingencies to help Roblox achieve compliance
• Experience with component lifecycle management a plus
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
Requirements:
• Meticulous and have excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Ability to handle changing priorities
• Computer savvy with excellent spreadsheet software skills
• 5+ years of data center asset management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
