Position: Front Desk Agent

Riviere South Beach Hotel is a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel offering a warm, personalized experience that reflects the local charm and style of Miami Beach. With a focus on exceptional guest service, artful design and comfort, we strive to create memorable stays for every guest who walks through our doors.
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless, personalized and welcoming from check-in to check-out. You will:
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system
• Handle reservations, cancellations and modifications both in person and over the phone
• Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, restaurants and activities
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with a positive and proactive attitude
• Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
• Process payments accurately and follow proper cash-handling procedures
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information
Requirements:
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software (training provided)
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality
• Language: English (Required) and Spanish (Preferred)
