Position: RIM Sushi Cook
About: A high volume restaurant kitchen in a hotel is seeking an experienced Cook with strong Asian cuisine cooking skills to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing all food items according to hotel recipes, taking charge in the supervisor’s absence, and ensuring quality, consistency, and cost control in food production and storage.
Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years culinary experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen required; able to work in a productive and cohesive team environment; extremely organized with the ability to meet deadlines; able to comprehend and follow supervisor’s instructions; can work in various temperature ranges; maintains a neat and clean appearance; strong knowledge of food service industry, cuisines, and beverages
