About: Golden Gai is an upcoming Japanese restaurant focused on sushi. It is the sister restaurant of Gi-Jin and part of the Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group. Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group was founded by Chef Richard DeShantz and operates several acclaimed restaurants in Pittsburgh.
Requirements: At least three years of Sushi Chef experience; back-of-house management experience; ServSafe certification; stable work history
