Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; passion for customer care and relationship-building; knowledge of inventory controls and stocking levels preferred; self-motivated to achieve business goals; customer-focused with high energy; ability to operate a cash register and computer systems; experience in parts store or retail management; customer-centric mindset; ASE Certifications desirable
