Position: Retail Food Service Manager
About: Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. This food service manager will manage and direct all food retail locations throughout the hospital and oversee catering operations. The Retail Food Service Manager will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing frontline staff and developing teams in a food services environment.
Requirements: Minimum education requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum management experience – 2 years; Minimum functional experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
