Position: Retail Food Manager 3
About: Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Manager 3 to join our food service team at Torrance Memorial Medical Center in Torrance, CA. TMMC is a 533-bed, nationally recognized, non-profit medical center in the Los Angeles area. This position works collaboratively with the management team to oversee operations of two onsite cafes, a Starbucks coffee kiosk and hospital catering services, serving a diverse customer base.
Requirements: Basic Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Basic Management Experience – 2 years; Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations; work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization; ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high-level of customer service; flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
