Position: Retail Concierge
About: AdventHealth Orlando, located at 601 East Rollins Street in Orlando, is seeking a Retail Concierge to join their team. This lush tropical campus serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean, and South America, providing service excellence to more than 50,000 inpatients each year. The Retail Concierge will participate in the implementation of retail concierge programs, delivering high-quality customer service to employees, patients, family members, and physicians in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High School Grad or Equiv and 2 years experience; professionalism, confidence, strong organizational skills, efficiency, initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; ability to convey information and ideas clearly; must be able to read, write and speak conversational English; basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
