Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; 4 year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Experience managing a team; Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel; Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
