Requirements: 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field; Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment with a minimum of 18 months of Store Management experience; Experience in managing high-level retail image and delivering consumer in-store experience; Geographical mobility is preferred; Knowledge and understanding of profit and loss statement and store KPIs; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English; Ability and willingness to travel domestically by car and air; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work long hours during peak periods
