Position: Resturant General Manager
About: Lead the EPIC Agave & Rye Experience as Our General Manager at Agave & Rye, a dining establishment focused on providing bold, unique, and exceptional service to its guests. The General Manager will play a crucial role in leading the team and upholding the restaurant’s high standards of service and operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; commitment to creating memorable, positive guest experiences; skilled in managing budgets, staffing, inventory, and scheduling for efficiency; ability to think quickly and make decisions to ensure smooth operations; reliability and professionalism; physical stamina to meet the demands of the role and lift up to 25 pounds if needed; positive and proactive mindset setting the tone for the team
